Meet Abby
Abby is a healing arts practitioner based on O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, working globally to support individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, voices, emotions, and inner wisdom.
With a foundation in classical dance as a former principal ballerina, and a deep commitment to embodied healing, she weaves together practices from yoga, somatic therapy, plant medicine integration, traditional Amazonian healing, and embodied vocal coaching. She holds space in ceremonial contexts including Kambo, hapé, cacao, and song and dance circles.
Currently pursuing her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Dance/Movement Therapy, Abby brings a trauma-informed, heart-centered approach to her work — honoring both clinical knowledge and ancestral wisdom. Her offerings invite clients into grounded transformation, nervous system regulation, and soulful integration through movement, voice, and presence.
